What's "trinity of blades"?

Hey,

Can anyone tell me what the trinity of blades movie is about? only I live in australia, and we get movies MUCH MUCH later than you guys do. Like, years later, sometimes.
I'd love to know what this movie is about, can someone enlighten me?

Also, can't wait for dawn of the dead to come out over here!!!

Hi Rat, reading between the lines I'm guessing you mean BLADE: TRINITY.
It's, unsuprisingly, the third in the line of BLADE movies, starring Wesley Snipes as the eponymous ass-kicking, uber "all of the strengths, none of the weaknesses" vamp.

It's written, like the first two, by David S. Goyer, and this time also directed by him too. It's set for release in December of this year.

The basic outline is that an Apocalyptic event takes place that could shift the control of planet Earth from humanity to vampires, and (you guessed it) only Blade can stop them.

BLADE II is still sitting on my shelf waiting for me to watch it. I liked the first quite a bit, have heard a lot of good things about the second, directed by Guillermo Del Toro, and anticipate BLADE: TRINITY to be another quality film.

Of course if you meant a film other than BLADE: TRINITY then I've made myself look proper stupid. Not for the first time.

Another blade movie, huh? Well, I loved the first one (got the dvd) it's in RATTY'S TOP 5 GREATEST MOVIES OF ALL TIME LIST, but I thought the second one was fairly mediocre (bought it on vhs regardless).
It'll be interesting to see what the third one's like. Hopefully better than the second one.
