I have pushed the forum on my FB page, and I have quite a few 'friends' who see my posts. I'd like to see the site get real busy, but I just don't think there are enough horror fans out there to make it big.

Appreciate that Skwerly. Always good to know people are spreading the word.

As for our death, Horror Express is Officially 9-years-old on Halloween (don't give us birthday wishes yet!). Unofficially we were nine 10 days ago.

So, given how old nine internet years is in real years (they're like dog years) we're not that easy to get rid of.

I've been on Halloween Forums website, and it's been there since 1994. I wish not to give out the name of the website. It's the rule.

The rule is that you can't advertise for the site? Strange.

Is it a Fight Club?

i wouldn't think simply mentioning it would be bad. even if a few folks check it out, i'm sure they'll also stay here.

Nope. It's not a fight club. I really can't post the link here b/c it's JohnShaft's own rule.

If it's not that forum you were trying to sell here recently I have no problem with you posting a link.

No, I don't own forums. I only own my own Halloween topsites.

Many of the "Main" horror forums are totally gone. It is SO nice to be able to come back here and post. I have to applaud everyone who is involved!

First of all, I am glad this forum is alive as otherwise I would have never gotten to know you people. It's a pleasure to have become acquainted with you folks. I genuinely hope HorrorExpress is here to stay. We all, together, can make it happen.

Second of all, this is probably the fourth thread I have read in which John talks about CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST. He's obsessed with it. He is in strong need of an exorcist. Conquer your demon, JohnShaft, conquer your demon. LOL

It's probably one of the most infamous exploitation films mentioned on here. Dreadful film, though; the gore aside, I really didn't think it was a good watch. Snorefest!

I have never seen it. I refuse to watch a movie in which animals get abused. No problem when it's fake, but the animal cruelty scenes, I read, were real, so I decided many moons ago to give that movie the finger, metaphorically speaking.

Yeah, it's done rather tastelessly; and was completely unnecessary. Was done solely for the 'shock' of it, which is pretty wrong.
