Default Cockneys Vs Zombies

Well here's the trailer for Cockneys Vs Zombies written by James Moran. I appear very briefly in this trailer, good news for me as that means I made the final cut lol.

Being a little biased maybe but I think this looks fantastic

"Some sort, yes. In France it's called a guillotine."

"Professor! Can't you examine my brain without removing it?"

"Yes, easily."

LOL, that looks nuts. I'm definitely going to give it a look. It looks fun enough (super-derivativeness of SHAUN OF THE DEAD duly noted).

I didn't mind Moran's SEVERANCE, not a bad little Brit-Horror.

Where do we look to see you in the trailer?

If you pause the trailer at 39 seconds in you'll see on the right at the back of the zombie group (jeans, black leather jacket). I'll try and get a screen cap and post a pic

It's not a VS film in the traditional sense. It's a typical zombie invasion film that takes place in the east end of London, which is where all the hard bastards come from.

So if you're thinking this is going to be like Freddy Vs Jason or Alien Vs Predator then don't be. It's just basically a more extreme version of Shaun of the Dead

Which can't be a bad thing!

Here's hoping you get some good screentime.

How long did the makeup process take, mate?

Here's hoping. I should crop up quite a bit down at the docks. Make up for took about 45 minutes to an hour, a few of the others took longer but on average it was about an hour.

The film gets released on the 31st but I'll be attending the premier at FrightFest on the 23rd so I'll let you know what I think of it and how often I turn up lol.

I'll try not to be too biased in my opinion of the film

For those of you interested here is a link to the opening credits to CvZ. It sets the tone brilliantly. I saw this on Thursday at the premier and I loved every second of it.

Being a zombie was never very high on my list of roles to play. But it's a stepping stone towards an acting career

Can't think of any worst than a zombie film with Cockneys.
