Currently listening to NIN. Wish.
The first two are classic, Dawnrazor & The Nephilim albums. The rest I'm sad to say are poor.
Can't beat vintage NIN

I shall check those out thanks.

I'm a relatively latecomer to NIN. Loving the earlier stuff.

NIN were just amazing up to & including The Fragile. Sadly after that Reznor became a pale imitation of himself.

Haha true

Some of the lyrical content of the teenwolf soundtrack is priceless. What planet were we on in the 80s??

Plus check out insane usage of vocoder!

I must give the soundtrack a listen, to be honest I cannot remember much about it.
In answer to your question, we were on Planet Earth (Duran Duran joke, ok sorry I will get my coat)
I loved the 80s, still do. Great music, great films, bloody awful fashion

Some of the lyrics are hysterical. Only the 1980s.

Currently listening to Ryan Adams Gold album. I've had this for a while, and have listened to it, but over the weekend it just seemed to grab me. The sign of a great album, one that grow on you. There isn't one song that isn't brilliant.

Haha, the lost boys soundtrack is another, although I dont think it quite plumbs the depths of ridiculous like teen wolf. Still, there are a lot of dodgy moments. I cant imagine near dark being anything other than cool despite its era. And the breakfast club probably the apotheosis of 80s soundtrack albums, surely.

Poison & Wine by The Civil Wars.

The whole album is really good, but this is my fave by far.
