Hello new to the forum, just wanted to get some opinions on something odd. We bought these film reels and some weird stuff is on them. We have been digitizing them and putting them up on youtube recently and the whole experience has been creeping us out. Please give us your thoughts on them. Might be a horror movie that someone never edited into a full movie or something we don't know.

Hahaha, yeah it's all part of a story that will be starting soon we are just trying to get an audience right now. If there is anything that you find unconvincing, over the top, or just plain stupid about the project please let us know. We feed on criticism and need to know what people think about it so we can make it better and better.

My honest opinion of your fotage is that the found footage genre is suffering from oversaturation & it just seems to be a random set of images with no coherant rhyme or reason, leaving little to hook any potential viewer. Having said that I applaud you for trying.

This one has potential, but really needs to have something jump out at you at the end. And that tone has to go, completely loud and annoying....

Thanks for the feedback. There is more story to come we are building an audience before we start the real story which will add more cohesion to the videos and tie the people who found the films into the videos more. They are trying to over saturate the market I agree but they never do something old. It is always from the last 20 years and mostly current not period at all. This is a current story yes but it centers around old footage that will eventually tell a spine chilling story. That's our hook. Plus %90 or more of found footage films are so mind numbingly bad that they don't even get real distribution. Really we see like 3 or so actual theatrical releases of found footage movies a year compared to how many horror movies are made each year that is not that many. That's just my thinking though I could be wrong.
