Is 'Splice' Horror or Sci-Fi?

Sooo...'Splice' is coming out next friday and I'm definitely going to see it, for better or for worse.

I'm having an argument/bet with a friend as to how whether this movie is more horror or sci-fi....

Here's a few clips (P.S. the last frame of the last clip is by far the creepiest I've seen the spliced creature look)

In my opinion, I say both. And sometimes the horror/sci-fi line does get quite thin.
