Anoka Halloween
Halloween Capital of the World what they say wikiedia it and read into it they has the first Halloween parade in 1920. I wish I would go there, but yet to make the travel to Anoka, Minnesota... I did ee a special on the Travel Channel last year and they were one of the segments. Looks like a lot of fun.
