I'm guessing late 1980's?? No idea what title...

So I've been reminiscing about childhood movies, and there's one in particular that I don't remember the title of, any help would be appreciated.

There are only some distinct scenes that I recall - namely little demons (not furry) that invade this house and cause hallucinations - one sees an eye in the middle of his hand, and tries to stab it, but gets his palm instead. And in the end, there is a giant demon that they kill by flying a remote control airplane strapped with bombs into the thing's mouth.
