Fine new addition to my Devilman collection

Received today, the Dynamic Productions 30th Anniversary Boxset. This HUGE box came with the following:

A clear Cutey Honey action figure
Shinobu Kaze The Illustration Book
The Fierce Legend of Super Robots by Go Nagai and Ken Ishikawa
3-chome ga Sensou Desu hardcover w/slipcase
A little folder entitled 'Getter-Robot Saga', which contains two little envelopes of special 'premium cards'

Best of all, a beautiful hardcover compilation of all the Devilman manga, with a 40 page appendix of separate Devilman artwork.
The whole thing is packaged in a solid, nicely printed grey box with just the words "Dynamic BOX Dynamic Production 30th Anniversary" on the top.

Jeeezus, that's a BIG book. I'm jealous. How much did that sucker cost ya?

Another question, who's the character figure that's in that photo above the DEVILMAN plush and next to COUNT DOOKU? The one with the white face, black eyes, and the red item in it's hand.

upwards of $150 for the box, just the book alone to me makes it worth it. That doll is a Little Apple Doll. Her name is 'Sine', from series 1. She holds an apple with nails in it. There's a whole mythology around the dolls, each one comes with a comic book telling their story. That one was honestly the only one that really appealed to me, so I got it. Yup the plush is white, I still need the other colors. The book is all 5 manga collected plus the illustration appendix.

Oh my goodness, questions questions...

1. That book, it has Devilman, Shin "New" Devilman, Neo Devilman, Amon: The Dark Side of the Devilman, Devilman Ghost and Devilman Lady in it?

2. Where can I acquire such a book, is it sold seperately from the box?

3. What is the book's ISBN # so we could check to see if an international book store might be able to order it for us?

4. Is it true that all the Devilman works are being professionally published translated in a collection in english?
