Name this horror movie

Please help me with the name of this childhood horror flick. All that I can remember is that the kids would put on halloween mask and watch something on tv that would activate a circular device in the mask... i was very young but every halloween I think of this movie.

thanks for your help but right after I posted this I discovered it it is Halloween III: Season of the Witch (1982)

It most definitely is Halloween III, Moonpie.

An excellent, and often underated, movie. I've loved this one for years.
I really wish they'd gone this route (each new Halloween exploring a different idea) as John Carpenter intended, instead of rehashing the Michael Myers character every sequel. I still can't understand why HIII wasn't better received, as there's so much to love about it, from beginning, to end.
