Thought I'd make a thread early to see if there's any interest in getting one going for this month, what with all that Christmas palaver they insist on having every year.
So any input ("I'm in", "I'm out") or suggestions would be cool.
I'm personally In. I wonder if we should go with something newer after watching an oldie (as was the one before)?

Yes count me in for this month as I missed the last one!! :)
As for suggestions maybe a Christmas horror? Or how about a Stephen King movie?? There has been some very interesting discussions going on about King in many threads on the forum.
What does everybody else think?

Well, I'm not the one to choose a Christmas movie since I do not celebrate Christmas.
For a Stephen King movie, I'd go for one of his more famous films like Salem's Lot or The Shining, Jack Nicholson is outstanding in that role! Of course, if you don't consider something like that an, "oldie".
For something new, a couple of years behind, Stephen King - 1408. Great movie.
And, I'd be glad to be in.

I'm in, A Stephen King movie sounds good or maybe Texas Chainsaw as we seem to have an even balence of members that like it & members that think it's overrated.

Yeah I'm thing King or TCM would be good choices (which I thought myself was a good choice, and I've only seen it once). My first choice for King would be The Shining, again as it had mixed for/against in the Classics thread.
The problem with Christmas films is there's a dearth of good horror films for it. And I think the last thing we need is to watch some cheesy, or low budget, crap just to get a seasonal film in.
Any more suggestions? LF?

My suggestions was mostly a joke, I know everyone here is way to highbrow to enjoy a movie like that. Well, most everyone. :teeth:

I wouldn't have minded seeing any Christmas movie :teeth:
That's one of the only things I like about Christmas !!

Okay, if any Christmas related movie at all. This would be it, it looks absolutely hilarious but gory.

Definitely happy with KKFOS. I've recently started a new job and my working hours are all over the place. But weekend evenings are usually best for me

The weekend is good for me, I have it on DVD & have lost count how many times I have watched it. Not getting a lot of time during the week to get on here at the moment due to work being ridiculously busy.

I've started up a thread for
KILLER KLOWNS FROM OUTER SPACE (http://www.horrorexpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6964)
before it gets to near Christmas for the discussion.
I probably won't get to see it (for the first time) until later in the week/weekend.
