Hello my fellow horror fans. My name is Darren Frey. I am an author. My first book, The Blood Reapers will be released on September 1st through Damnation Books. It is a bloody and gorey vampire tale that ventures away from the modern traditional stories. I plan to write more in the series. I am also a part time college student at the local community college and in December my first child will be born. If there is anything else you would like to know just ask.

How long have you been writing for? I am a writer of short stories! :) How long was it before you got published?

What horror movies are you into??

I have been writing since I was about 5. I will be 30 in September. I sold my book in April and it is due to release September 1st.

My favorite horror films are The Shining, Halloween, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Evil Dead 2, Interview With The Vampire, and many others. I am open to pretty much all aspects of horror.
