The Norliss Tapes

Hi. Does anyone have any memory of 'The Norliss Tapes'. This has got to one of the rarest 'cult' horror movies I have ever seen.

As far as I can remember, it was shown on network TV here in the UK about around 1984-ish. As far as I'm aware, it has never been shown again on network TV. I have never seen it on Video/DVD/Satelitte.

It stars Angie Dickinson and Roy Thinnes and the story goes something like this:-

Angie Dickinson's husband dies. A few weeks later she hears a disturbance in her husbands old workshop. She investigates and is horrified to see her dead husband walking about. He comes back from the dead to kill people and use there blood to create a monster.

It looked as if it was a pilot for a TV series but I don't think the series ever saw the light of day.

Has anyone else seen this or have any idea how to get hold of it??? :)

This is one I haven't seen. It does sound interesting though.
Especially as it has Roy Thinnes in it. Who can forget him in the terrible, but brilliant, The Invaders TV series. Damn I wish they'd bring that back over here.

Doing some checking it was a Made For TV Movie in 1973.
But I can't find anywhere that sells it.

Reminds me of another difficult to get film I have wanted to see for a long time, The Keep.

If you manage to get your hands on it I'll have to have a look see.
