What's a movie you saw in the theatre that scared the shit out of you, but in the wasn't scary at all at home?

I can't actually answer this, because every horror movie I've seen in the theatre has scared the shit out of me. I can't help it. It's like goin' into a haunted house. I just get tense before anything even happens so then once it does I FREAK OUT!

It's stressful.

Almost ashamed to admit this, but when I was around 14 or so, I saw ARACHNOPHOBIA in a packed theatre and thought it was terrifying. Six months later, when it came time to rent the film I thought, "Wow, this is actually a piece of shit."

My vote for scary on the screen has to be 6th sense. When that kid was hiding in his little homemade sheet shrine, in the dark, and you see the walls move inward and finally the flap begins to move inward. I thought I was going to have a stroke.
On video it's not so overwhelming, but pretty damn freaky still in my book.
