I was unable to find the thread for newbies to introduce themselves, so I thought I'd just make a new thread. If I have posted in the wrong area and there is a "introduce yourself" thread that I just haven't found: moderators, feel free to move this post.
I've been a horror fan since I could walk, the first movie I ever watched being "A Nightmare on Elm Street". No, not the first horror movie. I mean, the first movie. I've always enjoyed movies and books that scare people and I've been on a life long quest to find the ones that scare me. The only books to have ever scared me were Stephen King's "Pet Semetary", "IT", and "The Shinning", plus Dean Koontz' "The Mask". The only movie to ever scare me was "CandyMan". I started writing a couple years ago and I've been submitting so some magazines just recently. I'm looking for a place to get some constructive feedback on my writing and discuss horror with some intelligent people. I hope I'm in the right place.
