Horror movie from the 80s?

I got a question. There was a horror movie in the 1980s. Its setting was inside a b-weapon laboratory. One glass with virus inside falls down. So the whole place gets cut off by heavy doors. One woman trapped there is the wife of the sheriff of the local town. At that time I was too small to watch it.
