This Forum is solely for the benefit of users of HORROR EXPRESS but as such there are a few things we require you to abide by to keep it running:

We do not condone the sale of any illegal items. While we will monitor things to keep it as honest as possible, we can't be everywhere at once. HORROR EXPRESS takes no responsibility for users who choose to engage in illegal activity.
HORROR EXPRESS will not be held responsible for bad trades or sales conducted on these boards. You are solely responsible for Trades you choose to make with any user of this site.
All Trades/Sales should be concluded by Email or with PM's so as not to spread your private details into the public domain.
To keep a list of Good, and Bad, Traders make use of the Traders list in the Forum after a Trade has been completed.
No trading of DVD-R's (see below post by Unconscious).

We also ask that all individuals who wish to use this Forum Register with us. That way we can keep better track of users insteading of Trades coming from a legion of anonymous users.

Any suggestions you have for this Forum can be attached to this thread.

Suggested Trading Practices - a case of common sense
Don't trade a large number of items with a person you've never traded with before.

Furthermore...

There will be no swapping of DVD-R movies, although legal in countries such as Sweden, this site is based in the United Kingdom, in which there is a strict law on pirated media. All those caught swapping DVD-Rs will have their threads deleted, and a warning administered, on the second offence, you will be banned for a period of one week, if you re offend after that, you will receive a permanent ban.

You must make it clear on the type of media you are selling, so the moderators and administrators can differentiate between legit sales, and pirated movies. If a member of the forums receives pirated media while they expected a legit DVD, they are recommended to use the 'feedback' topic, as well as report said user to a moderator.
