As far as this list goes, any that you would particularly recommend? No, they're not all horror.
ANDROMEDA
BLOODY MALLORY (this sounds good)
GUN CRAZY
SHOJO MAHN NEXT
ALIVE
SASORI
TWILIGHT SAMURAI (I'll probably wind up getting this as it's just been nominated for a Best Foreign Film Oscar)
WHISPERING CORRIDORS (remember reading something about this in Asian Cult Cinema)
BOOGIEPOP PHANTOM (figured it might help if I ever decide to check the ultra-weird anime on TechTV out from the beginning)
RESURRECTION OF THE LITTLE MATCH GIRL
BATTLES WITHOUT HONOR
GRAVEYARD OF HONOR
RAINY DOG
PERFECT BLUE (the live-action movie)
AZUMI
LONG DREAM
EYES OF THE SPIDER
There's also the BATTLE ROYALE and JU-ON stuff, but I already know what you think of them. Incidentally, I probably will wind up checking out the second BR, just because the curiosity's getting to me. It's the same thing that made me finally watch GIGLI a couple weeks ago. Thankfully, even if the sequel does let me down, we know it's got to be tons better than GIGLI.

Before I got your e-mail, I was gonna say that it seems that someone's been shopping EBAY sellers from the list you posted.
I thought I'd add any comments on this thread instead of a private e-mail so anyone else interested in making suggestions could join right in.
Unfortunately, alot of CANNIBAL KING's movies are still on my personal "Buy List" so I may not be of much help at the moment. But here goes anyway...
ANDROMEDA (a TAKASHI MIIKE film about a man who uploads his daughter's personality into a computer AI program. It sounds interesting but there's other DVD's that I'd rather buy before this one)
GUN CRAZY (I've got the first two movies but I haven't watched them yet. If you like "Girls-With-Guns" flicks like the ZERO WOMAN series, I'd recommend them. They're by the zombie movie JUNK director, ATSUSHI MUROGA)
SHOJO MAHN NEXT (another MIIKE film about vampire school girls. I've also got it on DVD but again, I haven't watched it yet)
ALIVE (by VERSUS director RYUHEI KITAMURA, that's all I know about it right now)
SASORI (it certainly looks and sounds like it could be good, don't ya think?)
TWILIGHT SAMURAI (I'll probably wind up getting this as it's just been nominated for a Best Foreign Film Oscar)
Yeah, me too.
WHISPERING CORRIDORS (this is the first film in the Korean "Scary School Girl" movie trilogy. I recently picked up the third part, WISHING STAIRS, but again, I haven't sat down to watch it yet. They ALL look to be VERY scary and creepy)
BOOGIEPOP PHANTOM (a buddy of mine picked this one up and said it was pretty good and atmospheric. He liked the anime and said that this live action romp was close)
RESURRECTION OF THE LITTLE MATCH GIRL (another big budget, CGI-packed Korean Sci-Fi epic and another one I currently own but haven't watched yet. Bad STEVE!)
BATTLES WITHOUT HONOR and GRAVEYARD OF HONOR (old school KINJI "Battle Royale" FUKASAKU yakuza movies. I don't really have any interest in these myself)
RAINY DOG (more TAKASHI MIIKE gangster action taken from the Hazard City series. I'd pass on it in favor of the DEAD OR ALIVE series)
PERFECT BLUE (I've seen part of the anime so if the movie holds up, it should prove to be pretty good)
AZUMI (certainly the next DVD I'm planning to purchase for my own collection. It's by VERSUS director, RYUHEI KITAMURA and it's said to be flashy swordplay eyecandy with a great looking Japanese chick. Nuff said, right?!)
LONG DREAM (by the director of the excellent UZUMAKI movie. Once again, I've got the DVD but haven't watched it yet)
Anyway, sorry I couldn't help out more but as you can tell, I've got plenty to catch up on. I'm such a slacker sometimes but I figure that it's better to have them and not watch them at the moment than not to have them at all, ya know.
