everything else was pretty damn cool...
i think it was an excellent remake...
and i absolutely loved the ending!!!

At first I was appalled that anyone would even try to tackle a TCM remake, but after watching the film, I was surprised to find it to be entertaining. I still think the original is untouchable, probably due to the look of the film and the time it was released in. The film had this edgy, raw, documentary look to it which I think helped to create this feeling, like the events that were about to unfold could or did actually occur; while the remake was too polished and felt too Hollywood. It was a good remake, but I don't think it can top the original.

I think it was pretty good. You know there is another film that is related to that kind of horror. It's japanese a film called, "Living Hell" only it's a little different.

SHIT! I got so scared from how that creepy pair (the grandmother and the pale teen girl) tried to use a tazer to shock his privates! They even make him eat a bowl full of dead cockroaches! Well there's also some very graphic and gruesome details to mention but I wouldn't continue for those who has had their lunch.
