Remember that poll? The one that asked if you wanted to see a MICHAEL MYERS VS. PINHEAD movie? Well, the results are in and 55% of you said you do NOT want to see a match-up.

But, why listen to the majority? The results were very close. 45% said they would like it and this time, the minority may get what they want. It's a minority vote from the slasher fan base of the horror fan base. And for better or worse, that's the minority of a minority of a minority.

Regarding MICHAEL VS. PINHEAD (possibly to be called HELLOWEEN), Doug Bradley has told , "It is 100% in the works."

Exploring the match-up further, Bradley said, "Michael Myers is a mass murderer, sexually perverted and a complete maniac so thats the right mixture for Pinhead to sow his seeds of torment."

No news on how accurate Bradley's statements are or when Dimension is planning to film the latest match of the horror titans.

Barker is writing/Carpenter to direct.

Not only is HELLOWEEN a reality, it is already being written by Clive Barker, and Dimension have asked John Carpenter to direct, and has apparently agreed. The budget is supposedly $15 million and the movie will be in theaters next Halloween.

I can't say who I heard this from, but this comes from the inside track.
