This movie is about this woman who used to have "night terrors" as a little kid. But, when her child hood friend invites her to go out to eat with him and shoots himself in the head, she realizes that the "night terrors" she had as a child were really these monster things that wanted to eat her. Now, after her friend has died they are coming back for her and his other two friends.
I thought the movie was going to be okay when I first started to watch it, but as the film went on, it got worse and worse. The ending was the worse part, I don't mind bad endings if you get to see the main character get killed, but with this one, it doesn't even show her, and since I really didn't like the main character I would of enjoyed seeing her get eaten by one of the unscary monsters. I am mad that I even wasted money rented it. This movie is a little better than Craven's horrible movie, Shocker, but not much better. The bottom line is if you wan't to see a good Wes Craven movie, then watch the much more superior, A Nightmare on Elm Street, sure it's dated, but it's still a much better movie than this piece of crap.
