Hello, it's nice to meet you. I've been a horror fan since childhood...my teen brothers used to watch Shock Theater and I would sneak out of bed and sit on the stairs and watch it. My brothers would tell me the stories of all the horror films they got to see, and I just loved it! I remember my brothers' vivid descriptions of "The Tingler," "House on Haunted Hill," and loads of others. I couldn't wait to be old enough to go to see horror films at the theater.

And of course, our daughter loves them too!

I've missed all the horror flicks that have come out in the last few months. I went by myself a few times, but can't wait for my daughter to get home from Iraq around Christmas. She and I plan to go and see a few.

In the meantime, I'd better join Blockbuster online and try to get caught up!

Glad you could join us Felines...Like Mary said we are all friendly around here...tell your daughter I said I support her in what she is doing and thanks...I know what she is going through...I was in Desert Storm and Somolia...she is in my thoughts.:)

Thank you so much for your support. Her unit still hasn't been told if they're being extended. She says they're not told much, she emails me to ask what I've heard on the news. As her mom, I just want her to get home safely to us.

wow! can't begin to imagine what that must feel like.

My best friend has just come back from serving in Basra...my stomach kept churning everytime I watched the news while he was out there, I'm glad he's home!
