Trying to find the name of a Black Metal band

This is all I know...

*Lyrical themes sometimes on the subject of WWII and Satanism and I think fascism, though band members have confirmed they are not in favour of living by any of these themes.

*One album has (I think) five black men on the cover (when I say black I don't mean African, I literally mean black all over). Another album is an up close shot of a Panzer.

Uhh, yeah. I'm afraid that's all I can offer, I can't even remember how I stumbled on to their Wikipedia page.

Well, urm. That leaves a good 1 million to search through.. I've seen many bands with covers like you described-- and it all depends whether it is indeed real black metal, or poser black metal.
