About 13 years I caught part of this movie on TV when I was a kid and I have no idea what the title is. All I can remember about this movie is that there are two little kids (a boy and a girl) and they are locked inside a house (I think either a bedroom or a basement) with an mean woman. I remember them sneaking around the house for some reason, but I can't remember why (I think it was to escape from the house). I'm not sure if it was in this movie, but I also remember that the woman would beat them.
