Hello Everyone.

Thought I'd say hello. I just found this board after trying to find a way to reduce the amount of time I spend finding movies I haven't seen to add to my netflix queue. Just to give you an idea of what type of horror I really like, my favorites are:
Texas Chainsaw Massacre (original), Dementia 13, Suspiria, Halloween, The Thing, The Exorcist, The Innocents, Deep Red, Night of the Living Dead, Psychomania, The Changeling, The Haunting, and about a million more... but those are some of my favorites.
I know there aren't any newer movies on there, I do like some newer ones, I just can't think of any right now. I'm sure I will if I think really hard.

Hi Suzy, nice to see you at Horror Express. Welcome, and thanks for joining.

Top choice of favourite movies there, nicely old-school. Including that old British semi-classic that I haven't seen for some years, PSYCHOMANIA.

As for some Netflix recommendations, if you haven't seen them I'd look at the following:
SESSION 9, FRAILTY, MEMENTO, IDENTITY (all thoughtful horror, very well written and made)
DAWN OF THE DEAD (remake) a nice bit of gore, DOG SOLDIERS (a fun tongue-in-cheek werewolf movie)
Loads of creepy Asian Horror including RINGU, THE EYE, DARK WATER.

And these are the recent big recommendations from the board (I haven't seen):
THE DESCENT, A TALE OF TWO SISTERS

Thanks for the welcome everyone.
As for the recomends, I've seen some of those - and added the rest.
Good to see some Psychomania recognition... I love a lot of "so bad it's good" movies.

Please don't eat my brain... I need it for some things.
