Hi...

I found this forum on a search for a good horror board, I likes the looks of this place. I'm Chris, from the North of the UK and I'm a horror nut.

I'm into alot of horror stuff, movies, toys and some video games. I like the cons, Chiller Theatre in New Jersey being my favourite, one non-stop horror party. I'm into classic horror, Asian horror, Hell...I'll give most things a chance, although I am pretty frikkin tired of the remakes.

What part of the North are you from? Personally I'm from Middlesbrough, while TenebraeUK is from Sunderland. You wouldn't be a Geordie to make up an unholy triumvirate would you? :cool:

I'm not....I'm a Yorkshireman, I do know some Geodies though! Dunno why I thought that would matter.

Most horror boards are mostly full with US peeps, so this is nice.

Alright, son. Get your thoughts in on as many subjects as possible so us norverners can dominate!! Yeah, most horror forums are heavy on the US of A side of things (not that its a bad thing, the yanks on here are ok) but I think us brits have a more nostalgic view of horror thanks to our strict censorship laws and video nasty scares and wot not. Makes the whole damn thing more appealing!

Totally agree, I have some great friends in the US and elsewhere, but it is cool to discuss horror with fellow Brits. Thanks for the welcome, probably the nicest I've had as a forum newbie. Cheers for that.
