I'd be interested to know what people think of the site.
Myself, overall, I'm happy with it.
There are some elements I'm not so sure about and I expect the site to stay in a constant state of flux over the coming weeks. Though it's 80% there imo the other 20% is what I am going to work on.
I have many more features in mind, one is the ability to choose a 'skin' for the site. For those who aren't aware of the term in connection with websites it basically means that you can choose different looks for the whole site. I fully intend to create different skins for different films, examples being:
A Hellraiser Skin (Blue skin with Cenobytes)
An Omen Skin
A Slasher Red Skin featuring the likes of Jason, Michael Myers etc.
And anything else that comes to mind.

Each skin will not only have it's own colour scheme, but also it's own layour and graphics. You just choose which one you prefer from the ones created.

I've only checked out the basic layout so far, and I like it.

Will check the other's, once my Control Panel is sorted.

I used to post on a Forum with the same software, so am comfortable with it already.

I too really enjoy this site from what I've seen. The only problem I have is that I don't like seeing what I have posted on the main page, but that is only because I am a self-conscious poster :P . However, I do like reading parts of other peoples posts as it is a good way to see what topics are currently being entertained.

I'm with you on the self-conscious poster bit LDG! How about I edit the code so yours and my posts don't show up there? ;)
And thanks for the kind words about HE. Trust me there's a lot more coming over the next few weeks. The current site is only 10 weeks of work so there is plenty of room for improvement.

If you have any ideas of anything you would like to see feel free to let me know also. I do all the coding so if I put my brain in gear I can make things happen.

As for the forum IBF I thought was pretty much the best choice amongst all free forums. It's pretty easy to get to grips with as well as having plenty of features and a good look to it. Despite me doing my best to sabotage it with a dodgy pink skin! When I get time I'll come up with another couple for those pink haters out there!

There is a Chat thing that the Hosts have just added that I could probably fire up here. Hell it'd probably be dead-as-hell but who cares!!

I used to be a heavy mIRC'er back in the day when I played Quake II 24/7. Those where the days.

Hahah. Thanks Shadow. :D

I only added it a couple of days ago actually, though I've been working on it a few weeks. Finally managed to almost completely integrate the look of the main site with the Forum, which is something I've been meaning to do for a while.
It still needs a few bits tweaking here and there, but I'm more or less happy with it for the moment. Well as much as I ever can be.
