This finally came out on DVD but I want to hear some things about it before I buy it. Any reviews?

It was made in the late 80s or early 90s at which point it was a big hit when the pickings were slim. How does it hold up now? Well, it's fun. However, it was a Super 8 feature made by fans for the fans and it shows. It's still good, but might not have the same novelty when there are so many SOV zombie movies coming out. Lots of strange jokes, zombie mayhem and characters with names like Raimi and Savini.

I didn't much care for it when I first saw it waaaaay back then.

Oddly enough though, I'm eager to watch it again for some reason. Maybe I'll have a greater appreciation for it now. It's certainly gathered a large cult following.
