All films of course will have a new, restored digital transfer. Expect plenty of extras to be announced in the coming months. Sounds like Blue Underground is giving some cult classics a much-needed facelift and making available some previously hard to find subversives. Don't forget, Blue Underground also has THE CRAZIES, TWO EVIL EYES, BABA YAGA (with new footage!), DAUGHTERS OF DARKNESS and VAMPYRES coming out even before the above titles hit the shelves.
also lists these films which may have slipped under the radar recently. From Image/Something Weird: CHAINED GIRLS/DAUGHTERS OF LESBOS DOUBLE FEATURE, SATANIS: THE DEVIL'S MASS/SINTHIA: THE DEVIL'S DOLL DOUBLE FEATURE, BRAINIAC/THE WITCH'S MIRROR DOUBLE FEATURE and THE COLLECTED SHORTS OF JAN Svankmajer SVANKMAJER VOLS. 1 + 2. And from Rhino: POLICEWOMEN, WEEKEND WITH THE BABYSITTER and YELLOW HAIR AND THE FORTRESS OF GOLD (which is I remember, is a good throwback to the old serials).
Too bad this web gig isn't paying anything, because I'm going to go broke with this stuff.
