FREDDY VS. JASON isn't even in theatres yet, but it already seems to be influencing other horror franchises.

In a story we are only getting around to reporting right now, reports that Tony Todd would like to go against other horror villains, if CANDYMAN IV ever takes shape.

Todd played the title character in the original three CANDYMAN films and has a recurring role in the FINAL DESTINATION series. So, who would he be fighting? Should Brad Dourif brush up his voice-over skills again? Don't count on it.

"No Chucky, only The Bride of," Todd explains. "Seriously, wouldn't it be cool to travel via an HG Wells machine, land on the Universal lot and hook up with the scariest monster money-makers of all time? Abbott and Costello? ...Dracula, Frankenstein, Invisible Man, Wolfman--wouldn't be a bad crowd after all".

If you say so, Tony.

Be our victim in the FORUMS!

What is it with all this Versus stuff. Are studios really that short of ideas that they have to team two movie characters up like some WWF grudge match?
Must admit to not getting the whole deal. But then maybe that's because I've never been a comic reader.

Is that Batman vs Superman thing really going to be made? I haven't heard anything about it for a long while.

A cheesy Freddy vs Jason I can understand, but hell Batman sucks enough on his own now...
